Terms of Use

1. About Agnibeena

Agnibeena Entertainments (“Agnibeena”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the Service. You can contact us at privacy@agnibeena.com.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Service, creating an account, signing in, joining an online room, using a tool or playing a game, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some features may be available to guests. Persistent statistics, ratings, leaderboards, saved replays, Graphden cloud projects, higher AI quotas and account-security features may require an account.

• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• Choose a lawful and appropriate username and display name.
• Keep passwords, recovery codes, passkeys and signed-in devices secure.
• Do not sell, transfer, share or rent your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not create accounts to evade a restriction or suspension.

4. Login methods and account security

The Service may support passwords, recovery codes, Google sign-in and passkeys. Agnibeena does not receive your Google password. Passkeys use public-key authentication; Agnibeena does not receive your fingerprint, face scan, device PIN or other biometric unlock information used locally by your device.

5. Game rules and online play

Each game and mode may have its own displayed rules, scoring, timers, win conditions and reconnect behaviour. Server records are authoritative when a client display conflicts with a valid server record. We may correct, void or remove results affected by cheating, exploitation, corruption, technical faults or obvious mistakes.

The Service does not offer real-money gambling and does not guarantee cash prizes or items of monetary value.

6. Leaderboards, profiles and replays

The Service may display public or shared information such as a username, avatar, rating, leaderboard position, wins, losses, draws, best times, fewest-move or fewest-shot records, match dates and replay information. You must not use leaderboard, profile or replay information to harass, identify, track or target another person.

7. Graphden local projects, AI extraction and cloud features

Graphden is a chart, data-cleaning and extraction tool. Local authoring may run in your browser. When you deliberately use Workers AI extraction, AI Review, cloud save, version history, review sharing or hosted publishing, selected content may be sent to Agnibeena servers and infrastructure providers to provide that feature.

• You retain ownership of data, text, files, charts and other content you provide, subject to rights held by others.
• You must have the right to upload, process, store, share, publish or export the content you use with Graphden.
• Do not upload confidential, unlawful, infringing or sensitive personal information unless you are authorised and the feature is appropriate for that use.
• AI extraction, chart-pair recovery, review suggestions, validation warnings and completeness scores are assistance tools only. They can be wrong or incomplete.
• You are responsible for checking source evidence, methodology, units, labels, uncertainty and legal rights before relying on, sharing or publishing output.
• Cloud project, version, review-link, AI-quota, storage and export limits may apply. Keep your own backup of important work.
• A review or publish link may be accessible to anyone who obtains it unless access controls are clearly enabled. Disable links that should no longer be available.

You grant Agnibeena a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, transform and display your project content only as needed to provide the Service features you choose, such as extraction, review, saving, version history, export, sharing and publishing.

8. Platform ownership and protected mechanisms

Agnibeena and its licensors own the Service, including software, source code, backend systems, prompts, extraction workflows, review and validation rules, chart systems, templates, designs, artwork, logos, music, text, models, documentation and other original materials.

Except where the law expressly permits it, you may not copy, scrape, crawl, decompile, reverse engineer, derive, clone, resell, license, redistribute or commercially exploit protected parts of the Service. This includes attempts to reproduce Graphden’s extraction mechanisms, validation logic, AI workflows, cloud project systems, hosted publishing systems or premium workflow design from the Service.

These Terms do not prevent you from using your own data or charts outside the Service. They restrict copying or exploiting Agnibeena’s protected platform and mechanisms.

9. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not help another person to:

• Cheat, collude, use bots or use unauthorised tools to gain an advantage.
• Interfere with the Service, servers, rooms, databases, security controls or another user’s connection.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, code, credentials, databases, private projects or systems.
• Upload, transmit or distribute malware, harmful code, unlawfully obtained data or unlawful material.
• Harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate or abuse another person.
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity.
• Circumvent rate limits, bans, account locks, Turnstile, AI quotas, storage quotas or other security checks.
• Make false reports or knowingly submit misleading support or security claims.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately to privacy@agnibeena.com. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is reasonably necessary to demonstrate it, and do not access or disclose another person’s information.

10. Feedback and communications

You may send us feedback, bug reports, ideas or suggestions. Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the Service without payment or obligation to you. Do not send confidential business plans, secrets or content you do not want us to use as feedback.

11. Third-party services and content

The Service may use or link to third-party services such as Cloudflare, Google, Resend, public data sources, browser APIs and external libraries. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. You are responsible for complying with terms that apply to content, files, datasets, APIs or sources you choose to use.

12. Availability, changes and unfinished features

The Service may change, pause or remove features. Beta, test, preview, AI, cloud, publishing and premium features may be incomplete, unstable or limited. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, permanent public links or compatibility with every device.

13. Payments and premium features

Some current or future features may require payment, subscription, quotas, render credits or account entitlements. Payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation methods, refund rules and taxes will be shown before paid features are launched or charged.

14. Suspension and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms were breached, an account or result is fraudulent, or action is necessary to protect users, the Service or legal rights. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting privacy@agnibeena.com.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Graphden output, AI extraction, chart recommendations, review suggestions, completeness scores, methodology hints and statistical notes are not professional legal, financial, medical, research or compliance advice. You must verify important outputs yourself or with a qualified professional.

Nothing in these Terms limits any guarantee, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agnibeena is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity or reputation arising from use of the Service. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the beginning will show the latest version. Material changes may also be announced on the website or through an account notice.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.

19. General provisions

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific rules displayed in the Service, form the agreement concerning your use of the Service.
